Rebelle by Tootsies will be participating in Hitched in the Highlands, an event where ten engaged couples will race through the Highlands neighborhood, solving clues and completing challenges to win a wedding thrown by over 20 fabulous Highlands merchants! The race date: Sunday, February 28.
